IH Volleyball Competition

On Friday, July 19th, 2019

At TJIS, Kanpur

‘A champion is someone who does not settle for that day’s practice,

He is always striving to be better’

Following the cool and relaxing summer vacation, the students need to be geared up for academics. To augment and enthuse energy in them regular sports is the best way. Keeping this in mind, we have some IH competitions lined up in which the participants of all the four houses contest and do not leave even a single stone unturned to challenge their rivals.

IH Volley Ball Competition on 19th July gave our youngsters an opportunity to pull up their socks and come back to the normal routine.

Volleyball is a great sport that can be played year round and enjoyed by people of all ages and skill levels as it can be played both indoors and outdoors. Besides pure enjoyment of the volleyball has many benefits. Volleyball is a full-body workout; it’s a fun way to burn calories. The activities required when playing volleyball strengthen the upper body, arms, shoulders, thighs, abdominals, and lower legs. In addition, volleyball improves hand-eye coordination and reflexes.
