In an organisation there are many individuals, groups and departments who perform different activities. Co-ordination means integrating those activities for achieving the goals of the institution. Co-ordination does not come automatically; it leads to unity of action. The Management at The Jain International believes in working together with different groups  which is a key to success of the institution and very essential for the safety and security of the students and staff.

When we appoint Transport Manager, we hire a strategic partner who works closely with us to implement solutions, identify opportunities and confront strategic issues. We believe that a school bus is an extension of a classroom and it is important that the school authorities give adequate attention to the discipline and well-being of the children in buses.

 On Thursday, 3^rd May, 2018 a meeting was organised between the School Authorities and Bus Staff at The Jain International School to ensure the safe commuting of the students to and fro. Respected Principal Mr M.K.Panda and Headmistress Ms Soumee Sarkar had an open interaction with the Bus manager Mr Guddu Sacchan and Bus Supervisor Mr Vikas in the presence of all the Bus Drivers and Conductors. The teaching faculty and bus staff put forward their problems which were immediately resolved.

Principal Sir highlighted on the need of safety and security of the students and staff and urged the drivers to drive safely and securely. Sir further said that we endeavour to provide the best possible service for students. We place the safety and responsibility of the children as our highest priority and value the parents' trust in our service and endeavor to provide the highest standards of care.
