*Labour Day Celebration *

At The Jain International School, Kanpur

Let's celebrate the labour, that built up this great land,

From field to field, desk to desk, they built in hand in hand.

The little champs from Classes I to V celebrated the painstaking efforts of the labour force by enacting like them. They dressed up as Milkman, Greengrocer, Cammando, Teacher, Doctor,Mason, Tailor, Farmer Carpenter, etc. They also made beautiful Greeting Cards to pay their gratitude and honour all the hard and great work that is being accomplished around us.

The enthusiasm and confidence of the students was highly commendable. The activity was designed to forge a better understanding, appreciation and respect for the labour community among the students.

It was a small effort of the Senior students to say a big “THANKYOU” to the ‘FRONTLINE WORKERS” who are working day and night as saviours to the humankind.

Overall it was a fruitful day which taught our youngsters to be thankful to everyone.
