KSS BASKET BALL TOURNAMENT

The Jain International School, Kanpur is hosting The KSS Basket Ball Tournament from 28th 2019 to 30th November, 2019 in which 14 renowned CBSE schools of the city are participating.

Mr Balwinder Singh, President Kanpur Sahodaya School (KSS), CBSE, CBSE, City Coordinator and Principal of Guru Nanak Modern School, Kalyanpur, Kanpur presided over the event as the Chief Guest and Observer.

Pool A consists of the teams: Delhi Public School, Azad Nagar, Allen House School, Khalasi Lines, Guru nank, Lajpat Nagar,Ambika Prasad Vidya Niketan, Siddhartha Public School, Durga Prasad Vidya Niketan, Dr Virendra Swarup Education Center, Shyam Nagar, The Jain Intewrnational School and DPS, Barra.

 Pool B consists of the teams: Guru Nanak Modern School, Kalyanpur, KDMA, Barra, Escorts World School, Doon International, DPS, Kalyanpur, CHS, Harmilap School, The Chintels School, kalyanpur and Puran Chand Vidya Niketan.

The result of the First Day Matches was as follows

Pool A – 1st Match – Sir Padampat Singhania vs Durga Prasad – 16 / 10 – 1 / 0 Points

Pool B – 2nd Match – Doon School vs DPS, Kalyanpur – 11 / 28 – 0 / 1 Points

Pool A – 3rd Match – DPS Azad Ngr. vs Allen House – 25 / 18 – 1 / 0 Points

Pool B – 4th Match – Chintels vs Puranchand Vidya Niketan – 00 / 42 – 0 / 1 Points

Pool A – 5th Match – GNMLJ vs AMB – 30 / 06 – 1 / 0 Points

Pool B – 6th Match – CHS vs HARMP – 11 / 22 – 0 / 1 Points

Pool A – 7th Match – TJIS vs DPSB – 29 / 25 – 1 / 0 Points

Ms Ruchi Yadav, Mr Ashok Singh Mr Saroj Rawat Mr Aanand Kumar and Mr Sanjay Jaiswal  were the officials for the event.
