INTERHOUSE KITE FLYING COMPETITION

 

‘The kites in the sky, fly

With all the might

Of beholders and flyers;

For festivities and laughters’

By the students of classes I to XII

At TJIS, Kanpur

On Tuesday, 15th January 2019

Ali Mushir of Red Jaguars, Naman Adiani of Yellow Tigers and Divyanshu Dubey of Yellow Tigers were the winners from Groups A, B and C respectively

 

On Tuesday, 15th January 2019 the students of classes 1st to 12th of The Jain International School could experience a phenomenal event that made them rise on their toes with their gaze at the sky. This sport was arranged to invigorate the students with fervor that they are a part of treasured cultural heritage; and a silent reminder to make them gratify with respect all that they receive on every festival as a token of love  It was organized in three groups viz. Group A, Group B and Group C. In addition, the participants had also been assisted by co-mates who aided them in the sport. All the participants enjoyed the sun lit afternoon and the hues that painted the sky colourful made the beholders familiar with a gala time. The winners and their co-mates were felicitated for their efforts.

The competition ended with the blessings showered by the honourable Principal Sir. He appreciated the students that each one of them has the talent to pursue even more and they all can come up with flying colors, soar high in life knowing that only sky is the limit and a chance to fly is open for everyone; a message that a kite too gives every time.
