At TJIS, Kanpur
On 2nd and 3rd May, 2018
“As a flexible sport, playing badminton allows players to move their joints in a healthy way – the neck, shoulders, and back, as well.” ... “Good badminton players must manage their breath well, which is not only important to win the game, but also benefits the respiratory system.”
Badminton is a recreational and easy to learn sport that is being played in many countries. Like other sports, health benefits are also associated with badminton. Badminton is not an easy sport to do, it takes years to improve and develop new skills, whether they are starters or even experts.
Inter House Badminton Competition was organized for Groups B and C for both Boys and Girls on 2nd and 3rd May at The Jain International School. The contestants of all the four houses contested with all their might to bring laurels for their houses.
