Holi Celebration at the Little Champs of TJIS (On Wednesday, 28th February, 2018)
“Dipped in hues of love and trust has come the festival of Holi.”
Holi is a spring festival, also known as the joyous festival of colours, when people smear each other with colours. It is celebrated around the world.
It was a beautiful spring day when the pre-primary students at the Little Champs celebrated Holi with great pomp and show. Our school experienced a true explosion of colours and children had a great time when the teachers put tilak on the forehead of the children with organic colours. They enjoyed the activity of colours. They also made a bucket (with thermocol glass) with a water gun as their craft activity. The primary students also celebrated holi after their exam. The teachers put tilak on the forehead of the children. Everyone enjoyed the day to the fullest.
“Let the colours of Holi spread the message of peace and happiness.”
