‘Career Counselling -- Clear Doubts-- Determining True Potential -- Motivation -- Support’
Career counselling was always important but only recently got its recognition it deserves. 90% of the students lead to the path of confusion when it comes in choosing what is right for them and what is wrong? It is this very moment that the students need the guidance of a career motivator. At this time-pace of confusion and high rate of competition of reaching the top, students must consult the career counselling session. It not only helps them to choose the right path but also allows them to walk on them more flawlessly.
Keeping in view the dilemma of the students an interactive session on Career counselling was conducted by Mr Amitabh Mohan, The Principal Advisor of The Jain International School on Friday, February 09, 2018, for class Tenth students to assist them to decide on their future course of life. Class tenth students are at the threshold of moving at the very next step of their lives where they have a pressure from the parents as well as the society and peers. Sir discussed his own experiences with the students and how he coped with his career issues. He told the students that it is the passion that pays you off in life. He further told the students to have enthusiasm and planning in whatever they do and step by step they can reach the zenith.
Mr Amitabh Mohan, a man of many talents and skills is a leading Psychologist of India. Sir is a psychologist, trainer, educationist, life coach and an HRD consultant and his training has inspired many people to realize their true potential and ensue on the path of personal growth and accomplishment. He is acknowledged of having conducted and coordinated more than 3500 counseling and training workshops across the country since 1992.
Students of today are the pillars of tomorrow. It is the duty of the parents and the teachers to escort their children toward the right direction in choosing the right career for themselves. Organizing a platform of career counselling at the school campus itself, would no doubt be a great opening towards this path.
