The students of class 11th took great pleasure in invitingall passing out class 12thstudents to a Farewell Party –‘Alvida - The Farewell’, to be held on Saturday,3rd February, 2018 at 11.00 am.This wasto bid them adieu and good luckfor your future endeavours.
Once again class 12th students were standing on the threshold of their new venture in their lives. To make their stay at TJIS a memorable one, their juniors left not even a single stone unturned to bid Good-bye to them in their own special way, on Saturday, 3rd February, 2018.
The day commenced with a surprise when The Principal Advisor Of the School Respected Amitabh Mohan addressed Class 12th students through Skype and wished them ‘Good Luck’ for their forthcoming exams & new life.
Many interesting and tricky games were played to pep up the environment. Class 11th students presented songs and dances to entertain their seniors. All the students were bestowed with title suiting their personalities. The students were awestruck to see the presentations prepared by their juniors featuring their childhood memories and their reminiscences in the school campus with their teachers and friends.
The attraction of the day was the crowning of Hitanshi Manwani as ‘Ms TJIS’ and Ritesh Kumar Vimal as ‘Mr TJIS’. Istuti Gupta and Sparsh Singh were titled as ‘Best Dressed Female and Male’ respectively. Roli Jaiswal was crowned as the ‘Hostel Heroine’ and Aditya Baranwal as the ‘Hostel Hero’. ‘The Gorgeous Lady of the Day’ was Saloni Shukla with her counterpart Prashant Arya – The Handsome Gentleman of the Day’.
The judges were The Principal Respected Mr. M. K. Panda and Headmistress Mrs Soumee Sarkar along with Ms Nargis Kapoor. Sir and Ma’am showered their blessings on all and wished them ‘Good Luck’ for their future enterprises.
The whole event was moored skillfully by Navya Gupta and her companions.
Tokens of love were given to all the outgoing students. A sumptuous feast was relished by all.
Summing up, the day was great, filled with nostalgia and fun and excitement!
