Fruit Party (7th May, 2017)
Fruit Party (7th May, 2017)
The Little Champs of TJIS organized a ‘Fruit Party’ for the toddlers. The aim of organizing the event was to impart all information related to various fruits in a fun way. The corridor was beautifully decorated like the scene of a garden with a wide variety of fruits. The teachers introduced a wide array of information about the colour of the different fruits, place and season in which it grows. They were also explained about the difference between plant, trees, creepers and climbers. The children had a craft activity in which they made wind chimes with the hangings of different fruits. They also had a ‘Feely Bag’ activity in which everyone participated with full zeal and enthusiasm. In the Feely Bag, various fruits were kept in it and the children were supposed to guess the fruit with their eyes closed by just feeling them. They also danced merrily on the various fruit songs.
Having thoroughly enjoyed the day, the children enjoyed the delicious fruit chat. Everyone carried home a fruit mobile as a return gift.
