God of peace, bring your peace to our violent world: peace in the hearts of all men and women and peace among the nations of the earth.

Peace is the mother of progress. Without peace, a nation cannot make any progress. So, peace is ever desirable.

A truce, in my mind, is an agreement to stop fighting. If we are to achieve peace, we must, everyday, make a difference.

               "Peace cannot be kept by force; it can only be achieved by understanding."  

The students of Little Champs of TJIS from Grades P.G. to 5 had a CCA Activity on World Peace Day in which the children made a beautiful wall hanging with a cloud, followed by a bird on which the children did palm impression and then their names beautifully written on it. The children were very excited in doing this activity and did it willingly and understood the meaning of the following quote-

 "Peace begins with a smile."
