INTERHOUSE BADMINTON& THROW BALL TOURNAMENTS

CONGRATULATIONS TO ALL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

We all know that benefits of exercise include health, glowing skin and youthful appearance, and trim figure, so some people do aerobics, while those who want to improve their cardio-pulmonary function go cycling; for people who want to get a better figure, yoga is a good choice and, if you want to burn off those bothersome calories, then swimming running and gym workouts do the job.

However, many people don’t know that there are sports combining all kinds of physical fitness and providing all-round exercise that can give you all the above benefits; the sports are Badminton& Throw Ball. These sports demand excellent fitness: players require aerobic stamina, agility, strength, speed, and precision. These are also technical sports, requiring good motor coordination and the development of sophisticated movements.

Keeping in view the importance of sports and games for being physically and mentally fit, we, at The Jain International School encourage our students to participate in different sports events both at Inter House and Inter School level.Inter House Badminton & Throw Ball Competitions were conducted for both Boys and Girls for Groups B & C. The Result were as follows:
