Water melon Party
Water melon Party (13th May, 2016)
All good things must come to an end and thus we’re faced with bringing Watermelon Party Week to a close once again since it was the last working day before the vacations for the pre-primary students.
To give a cool feeling in scorching heat and to pump up the excitement of summer vacation, the Little Champs of TJIS organized Water Melon Party for toddlers. It was a perfect day to celebrate the season with a fun-filled learning opportunity in the form of a Water Melon Party as it is a summer fruit and has plenty of water and is a great way to hydrate. The students were told about the creeper as water melon is a creeper. The watermelon vine's sprawling growth habit make it a creeper.
The field was decorated with Watermelon creepers all around which was the most impressive element of all as it was decorated with the red and green shades of watermelon. The students had a craft activity of painting water melon on a thermocol glass. The day concluded wherein they relished the juicy water melon. They were extremely excited to carry back a mask as a return gift
