WORKSHOP ON ‘LEARNING BY DOING’

Students of Classes 6 to 8 had a demonstration Class on ‘Learning by Doing’ conducted by ‘STUDYMATE’.
About 5-6 faculty members from the organization visited The Jain International School on Monday, 23rd November and held a workshop for the Middle School students wherein they displayed the basic Science fundamentals by the projects made with waste materials such as pins, plastic jars, cells, magnets, stationery material, coils, LED, CD drive , copper wire, etc.
The students were very enthusiastic and took great interest in the projects. Indeed it was a good interactive session and quite beneficial for the students in understanding the concepts of Science in day-to-day life.
Students were very keen to know more about working models shown by the representatives of STUDYMATE. They assured them for another session soon.
