SHRI KRISHNA JANAMASHTAMI CELEBRATIONS 

4^th& 5^th September, 2015

We, at The Jain International School believe in the holistic development of our students. From time-to-time different events and festivals are organized to inculcate cultural and spiritual values in them.

To seek the blessings of Lord Krishna, ‘Krishna Janamashtami’ was celebratedwith great fervour and serene religiousness.

On Friday, 4^th September, the tiny-tots of the Junior Section presented a short cultural programme depicting the life of Lord Krishna. The programme concluded with the blessings of the Principal Mrs Chandrani Banerjee. The senior wing students presented a special assembly with a special narration on the life of Lord Krishna.

The following morning i.e.Saturday, 5^thSeptember was once again Krishamaya. TJIS Campus was resounding with melodious Bhajans by the Music Department. The programme concluded with Arti and Prasad distribution.
