Teachers' Training Workshop on Story Telling Conducted On 25th September, 2024 @TJIS, Kanpur. 

" Stories are the most powerful way to put ideas into the world today."

TJIS, Kanpur had organised a Story Telling workshop  for the teachers. 

Ms. Simi Srivastava who is a passionate story teller, talented theatre artist, enthusiastic therapist, founder of Kathashala - Story Telling Institute and the author of leading publishers was the resource person for the session. Ms. Srivastava involved her audience in on- the- spot enactments. The communication was done through actions, expressions, gestures and voice modulation. 

The workshop aimed on enhancing teaching methods through the art of story telling. It emphasized the importance of storytelling as a powerful tool in education to foster creativity, enhance understanding and make learning more enjoyable for students.

 The workshop concluded  with an open discussion and feedback session. Teachers were excited to implement these techniques in their teaching methods and it ended with a positive note, with  a collective commitment to enhancing the learning experience for students through story telling. 

Overall, the workshop was a great success, benefiting both teachers and students by promoting a more interactive and creative approach to education.
