International Workers Day On 1st May, 2024 @ TJIS, Kanpur
"Without Labour Nothing Prospers."
To express gratitude for the tireless efforts of workers, TJIS celebrated Labour's Day with immense zeal.
The event commenced with chanting morning prayer. Thereafter it was followed by the plethora of activities to appreciate the workers like- *choir song, musical chair, flip the bottle and skit* in which children depicted the worker's condition in today's society.
All the workers actively participated in the games.
Thereafter, It was followed by IH Hindi Drama Competition in which the students participated with great enthusiasm.
It was fascinating to witness all the four houses put up quite a magnificent performance and each one was outstanding and kept the audience enthralled.
Our Honourable Principal, Mrs. Deepa Singh bestowed prizes upon the winners of the games and paid respect to all the workers.
The event was meticulously hosted by Red Jaguars.
Sameeksha Patel and Kashish Yadav held the reins of the event successfully till the end.
The esteemed judges of the competition were Our Honorable, Coordinator, little Champs, Mrs. Surabhi Mehrotra, Coordinator, Senior wing, Mrs. Jyoti Johri and Cultural Coordinator, Ms.Anjali Singh Parihar.
Winners of the competition are
I Position - Blue Panthers.
II Position - Yellow Tigers
III Position - Green LeopardsThe program culminated with the National Anthem sung in unison. The celebration was exorbitantly dazzling and sparkling which left everyone mesmerized.
Overall, it was a fruitful day which taught our young minds to shower their love and respect towards the workers.
