Educational Excursion To Rain Water Harvesting Theme Park

TJIS, Kanpur organised a visit to Rain Water Harvesting Theme Park, Kanpur for classes VI to VIII.
The basic knowledge and importance of the Water Supply in a building System was explained by Mr. Vikas Rohtagi (Manager operations, Theme Park, KDA)
A video documentary (Chhota Bheem) was played in the auditorium at the beginning of the session on water conservation and water harvesting.
Students had an interactive session with Mr. Vikas Rohtagi who explained the setup to the students.
Students were also exposed to the essential details of the built environment like water management and 3D models like water harvesting and talking tree.
The students took to the theme park where they were excited to see the artificial rain.
This visit will certainly enhance their knowledge and outlook pertaining to the subject.
