Teacher's Day Celebration

At TJIS, Kanpur

 Teachers can change lives with the right mix of chalk and challenges.

Teacher’s day is celebrated on 5th September each year on the occasion of the birth anniversary of Dr. Sarvepalli Radhakrishnan who was known as an amazing teacher of his time. 

To appreciate the role played by teachers in the life of students, Teacher's Day was organised with incredible gusto and zeal by the students of TJIS, Kanpur. The whole event was  organized by Class XII students. 

The morning got the ball rolling by a special assembly conducted by students followed by a Student-teacher session in which the students of class XII aped their subject teacher by teaching in different classes.

The programme was inaugurated by lightning the lamp after which Anjali Verma delivered a heart touching speech. Students organised some funny games viz. Arm wrestling, balloon games etc. Mr. Kamlesh and Mrs. Ruchi Singh sang melodious songs that filled the ambience with melody.

 

Teachers were felicitated with some special titles on this momentous occasion.The programme was hosted by Anjali Verma .

 

All the teachers applauded the overwhelming zeal and enthusiasm of the students for making such a glorious event to cherish forever.

Also, the school was called off a half day, following which the staff was taken for a movie show at Rave moti .

Our honorable Chairman sir and Managing Trustee sir  congratulated  all the teachers and acknowledged the sincere efforts they put in every day.
