Teachers Training Workshop On Bloom's Taxonomy and Importance of  Phonics

 organised @TJIS, Kanpur On 22nd July, 2023 

 A one-day training workshop was organized by TJIS, Kanpur to enhance the effective teaching proficiency in teachers.

The agenda for the training session was Lesson Planning,  Bloom's Taxonomy and the importance of Phonics. 

Our honorable Principal Mrs. Deepa Singh initiated and defined the Taxonomy as an attempt to classify forms and levels of learning. Having explained the three domains of learning i.e. Cognitive, Affective and Psycho Motor Domain, she indulged the teachers in learning tasks wherein teachers actively participated to identify effective teaching strategies.

Ma'am expounded on the topics in a comprehensive way and enlightened all about the significance, utility and methods of preparation of lesson plan. 

Thereafter, the training programme was followed by another session which was conducted by Mrs. Rasmita Rao ( Educator, Academic Trainer and Curriculum Developer (Saarthi pedagogy) who enlightened the teachers with the importance of phonics and the difference between hearing and listening.

 Mrs. Meena Singh Chauhan held the reins of the event throughout till the end successfully.

 Principal Mrs Deepa Singh culminated in the session by paying her gratitude to Mrs. Rasmita Rao and urging the Teachers to practice the knowledge acquired in their classroom teaching methodologies.

Overall, the full day was devoted to the teachers training and enrichment program.
