 Understanding Child Psychology and teaching proficiency

 Organised at TJIS, Kanpur

 Resource Person - Mr. Chandra Shekhar Varma (motivational speaker and an author)  

 A Teacher's Training Workshop was organised at The Jain International School, Kanpur on "Understanding Child psychology and teaching proficiency"to enhance the teaching skills of the teachers and also help them to understand and comprehend a child in a better way. 

The spokesperson Mr. C.S. Varma enlightened the teachers with tips on understanding the child's behaviour and how to deal with them.

 Our honorable Principal Mrs Deepa Singh (TJIS)  extended her heartfelt greetings and a warm welcome to the resource person Mr. C.S Varma. 

 Our respected principal  Mrs. Sadhana Pandey (TJWS) paid gratitude to the speaker guest  Mr.C.S Varma and delivered the vote of thanks 

Mr. Abhishek Pandey held the reins of the event throughout till the end successfully

This was a great step taken by Srinathji group of institutions for the teaching fraternity of both the schools TJIS and TJWS before the commencement of the academic session after a long summer break to find out new teaching and learning pedagogical strategies.

 Overall, it was an excellent refresher for the teachers of TJIS and TJWS
