Commemoration of 1st Veer Bal Diwas

On 26th December, 2022

 

 VEER BAL DIWAS  was celebrated on 26th December, 2022 at Little Vhps, TJIS, Kanpur to commemorate the sacrifice of Sahibzada Zorawar Singh ji and Sahibzada Fateh Singh ji, younger sons of Shri Guru Gobind Singh Ji, the tenth Guru of Sikhs.

 

The motive was to celebrate the day to enable students to acquire the qualities of sacrifice, courage, steadfastness, confidence, mindfulness and others as exhibited by the Sahibzadas .

 

Headmistress Mrs. Rekha Singh and Little Champs Cultural Coordinator Mrs. Shikha Khanna enlightened the Little Champs about their sacrifices and how they attained martyrdom after being sealed alive in a wall and preferred death instead of deviating from the noble principle of Dharma.

Overall it was a day to pay tribute and recall  these great ???? martyrs.
