Christmas Celebration @ TJIS, Kanpur

 

"Christmas is most truly Christmas when we celebrate it by giving the light of love to those who need it most."

 

The students and teachers of The Jain International School, Kanpur, celebrated Christmas with joy de vivre. The campus was resounding with  Christmas Carols.

 

There was an aura of celebration and excitement all over. The students presented a short cultural programme that consisted of Nativity Scene, Christmas songs and dances perfomed beautifully by PP to Class IX students under the guidance of Music Faculty Mr Kamlesh Kumar, Mr. Rickey Massey and Mr. Aditya Jacker. They all emphasized on the importance of caring and sharing and spreading goodness all around.

 

The sparkle of the day was the entry of Santa Claus  with the jingling of the bells spreading happiness and laughter and distributing candies.

 

 Principal Mrs.Deepa Singh and Headmistress Mrs. Rekha Singh were present on the occasion and enjoyed Christmas festivities with the students with great enthusiasm.

 

 Mrs. Meena Singh Chauhan held the reins of the event successfully and spell bound every one till the end.
