For Grade X and XI Students

The Jain International School, Kanpur took an initiative for counselling and guiding the students to take up the career of their choice.

 

The school conducted three days Career Counselling Sessions for Commerce, Science and Humanities Streams to enlighten the students about the appropriate choices with these streams. Well qualified and expert counsellors cum faculty members took up the session and gave students a clear perspective for the long run.

 

The Counselling commenced with Commerce Stream on July 27, 2022 by our expert guides Ms. Shivani Yadav and Mr. Akash Jain.

 

The Counselling for Humanities Stream was initiated by Mr. Kashif Khan and Mr. Sujeet Singh Chauhan on July 30, 2022.

 

The final session was held on August 01, 2022 for Science Stream by our able mentors Mr Amit Vishwakarma, Mr. Mohit Tiwari, Mr. Gyan Prakash and Mr. Umesh Yadav.

 

Learners were suggested varied ways that how to opt the career in one’s life depending on the capabilities and potential. Skillful mentors talked about how to focus on the chosen career and what efforts to be put in to make their dream a reality. Students were explained with examples of various successful people, that how they achieved the status inspite of

having lack of facilities and financial support.

The sessions were tremendously engaging, informative, effective and appealing for the students. All their queries were duly answered by their respective mentors and guides.

 

Honourable Principal Mrs. Deepa Singh graced the sessions with her benign presence and addressed the students with her valuable words.

At the end of the

session, students were suggested on what can be done in the next couple of years across areas like career planning, academic success and personal and social development.

Hope these introductory sessions will prove to be a milestone for our youngsters in deciding their future course of studies.
