Teacher’s Workshop

 A Teacher's workshop was held on 4th April, 2022, on the first day of the commencement of new academic year 2022-23. The Workshop got the ball rolling by esteemed Officiating Principal Mrs. Deepa Singh. Ma’am  welcomed all the faculty members in the workshop and shared her golden words with distinguished teachers and subsequently honourable Former Principal of TJIS, Mr. M.K. Panda was cordially invited to address the gathering.

In his speech, he extended his deep gratitude to the entire TJIS family for being associated with the institution as a principal for five years with the support and consistent cooperation of the faculty members. He shared his past memories with all when he started his journey in TJIS. His words of wisdom influenced all the teachers positively and everyone applauded him for his service to the organization. Mr. M.K Panda gave befitting guidance and directions to all the members of TJIS that how to get success in life and turn fiasco into a good and appealing experience.

He spoke about the way children must be nurtured appropriately by the teachers keeping in view imbibing values and traits in the students. Sir enhanced the morale of the teachers saying that teachers should compete with themselves in order to bring excellence and improvement in the personality.  His enthralling speech left indelible imprints in the minds of the faculty members and at the end atmosphere echoed with the applause of the gathering. Sir was really an epitome of elegance.

The workshop was culminated by Respected Headmistress Mrs. Rekha Singh thanking everyone for their benign presence.
