Teacher's Induction Programme

Conducted at TJIS, Kanpur

The session commenced with esteemed Officiating Principal Mrs. Deepa Singh's speech. In her speech, she greeted and welcomed the entire staff to the new Academic Session 2022-23 and talked about plans and strategies to be followed in the methodologies. Ma'am shared the Yearly Calender 2022-23. This was followed by the declaration of  Class - teachership.Ma'am also discussed about different roles of the teachers and assigned incharges for the year around. Teachers were also informed about the CBSE 50 hours Capacity Building  training   which every teacher should complete.

 

Newly joined members to TJIS Family received a warm welcome from all.

 

Subsequently, distinguished Headmistress Mrs. Rekha Singh explicated NEP 2020 in a comprehensive and lucid way. Ma’am requested all the teachers to get updated and follow teaching pedagogies as per NEP 2020.

 

 Thereafter Cultural Incharge Mrs. Arti Sachan announced names of the house incharges and extra- curricular and co- curricular activities to be carried out throughout the session.

 

 Head of Examination department Mrs. Jyoti Johri shed light on the Examination strategies and the exams to be conducted in the current session.

 

Finally, Ms Shivani Chaurasiya highlighted on *Ek Bharat Shreshtha Bharat Programme that aims to actively enhance interaction between people of diverse cultures living in different states of the country.

 

The Induction Programme was culminated with the Principal's speech with regards to discipline, regularity and punctuality, dress code and inter-personal relationship amongst staff.

Overall the Induction Programme was brought in with a view to uplift the level of the teachers to an elevated stage, promote all-round development and to maximize their learning.
