SEMI FINAL OF VOICE OF TJIS – HINDI

“Music expresses that, which cannot be said and on which it is impossible to be Silent...”

It is indeed a bliss for The Jain International School, to be enriched with an abundance of melodic talent under one roof.

Voice of TJIS is one such platform which provides our burgeoning vocalists to showcase their singing flair. The Semi Final of the most awaited, iconic musical talent hunt event- “VOICE OF TJIS-HINDI” was conducted with full enthusiasm on Friday, 09 Aug, 2019 and as always, the entire TJIS family witnessed the spellbinding presentations of the singing aspirants categorised under Groups A, B & C.

The semi- finalists were selected after qualifying through a tough preliminary First Round. There were total 23 contestants from Groups A, B & C.

The event was hosted by Mansi Manwani and Ayushi Yadav under the Inchargeship of Red House.

Mrs. Anoo Panda, being our Guest of Honour, added grace to the event by her benign presence.

Respected Principal Mr. M.K. Panda, Senior Headmistress Mrs. Deepa Singh and Junior Headmistress Mrs. Rekha Singh were also very minutely supervising the mellifluous extravaganza by admiring and appreciating the performances of our singing aspirants by their natural gestures and applauses while the performances.

The event was adjudged on the basis of Melody, Rhythm, Improvisation and Purity of form, Pronunciation and Overall Presentation by Mrs. Jyoti Johri, Mrs. Supriya Singh and Ms. Pooja Sharma.

Songs like Phoolon ka taro ka, Taaro sa chamakta chehra ho and ise samjho na resham ka taar Bhaiya spread smiles on the faces of the audience along with the jury members. On the other hand melodies like Teri mitti me mil jawaan and Ae Watan Watan mere abaad rahe tu gave Goosebumps to one and all present there.

Kal ho na ho and Zindagi k safar mein songs once again boosted the love amongst us and the soulfulness of the performances was unmatched. The children were silver toned and they sung with a lot of passion and wittiness.

The expert music faculty of TJIS family complimented and facilitated the flower gusting performances .

The event concluded with the blissful words of Mrs. Anoo Panda and she summed up the event singing in her melodious voice- Aa chal k tujhe mai le k chalu.....
