KSS Yearly Calendar is full of activities all the year around, whether literary, cultural or sports which assist in the holistic development of students. Swimming is a good all-round activity because it, not only keeps your heart rate up but also takes away some of the impact stress off your body, builds endurance, muscle strength and cardiovascular fitness. It also helps maintain a healthy weight, healthy heart and lungs.

KSS, Interschool Swimming Meet was hosted by Allen House Public school, Rooma, on Saturday, 27^th July, 2019 in which The Jain International School Swimming Team participated with full energy and enthusiasm and brought laurels to the school. The result was as follows:
