We have seen stars gleaming in the sky. Has anyone seen ‘Stars in the Pool’? Yes at TJIS we have Superstars in the pool. On Saturday, 14th October, a team of 21 students (both Boys and Girls) of The Jain International School participated in the Inter School KSS Swimming Tournament that was hosted by Kings and Queens World School. Our team consisting of both boys and girls, under 10, 12, 14, 16 & 19 participated in the contest enthusiastically and with bursting vitality and won the Overall Runner – Up (Boys and Girls), Overall Girls First Runners Up and Overall Boys Second Runner-up Trophies. Our team bagged 6 Gold, 28 Silver and 12 Bronze Medals – in all 46 medals.
Rajbhar Sisters - Shreya Rajbhar of class 4th A and Shivangi Rajbhar of Class 8th B won the Individual Championship for Girls - under G - 10 & G - 14 respectively.
Respected Principal Mr M.K. Panda and Headmistress Mrs Soumee Sarkar congratulated the team and their coach Mr Brijanand Rajbhar and felicitated them.
