ANNUAL CONCERT EUPHORIA- 2016

‘God gave us eyes but you gave us skies’.

Zeal, enthusiasm, hard work &dedication  marked the rainbow colours of the Annual Concert- EUPHORIA-2016 at The Jain International School on Saturday, 19th November, 2016.An occasion to look back at the past academic year events and achievements and peep into the future strides.

The evening shone with the gracious presence of Circle Officer, Kalyanpur, Kanpur,ShriSanjeev Dixitji as the Chief Guest and other eminent guests -the Founder ShriNathji Group of Institutions ShriSheo Narayan Agarwalji called lovingly as ‘Bauji’, the Chairman Shri AmarNathAgarwalji , Managing Trustee ShriKapilAgarwalji , Advisory Board Members, The Jain World School Principal MrsAlpanaSahai and many other eminent guests who received a hearty welcome and were duly felicitated with souvenir of love, reverence and gratitude by The Little Champs Principal MrsChandrani Banerjee and The Senior School Principal Mr. M. K. Panda.

The cultural evening commenced with the Lighting of the Lamp by the dignitaries.

The honourable School Principals presented the reports of the events and achievements of their respective schools.

The toppers of AISSCE- CBSE, Class 12-2015-16, SanchitAgarwal of Science stream and Nikita Ramchandani of Commerce stream were felicitated by the Chief Guest.

The Chief Guest, ShriSanjeev Dixit, in his address, applauded the programme and appreciated the efforts of the students and highly commended the contribution made by the school in enlightening the path of Education. He urged the students to bring name and fame to their parents that with their hard work and dedication.

As the theme of evening was ‘Anti-terrorism’ the cultural program commenced with Shiv Vandana – Lord Shiva, the destroyer of demons and all negative powers.

The Little Champs mesmerized the spectators by presenting the Cartoon Showin which the wish of a small champ comes true and he meets his favourite cartoon characters. Dance Drama - Snow White and the Seven Dwarfswas mesmerizing and the walk of our little ones down the ramp attired in latest designed dresses inKids in Fashionwas awesome.

The school Orchestra and Rock Band rocked the audience. The Bollywood Dance Jazbaand Egyptian Thrill were stage throbbing. Slimnastia, based on aerobics entertained the audience with the concept of exercising with fun.

The Choir groups shone their vocal flair through Aashayeinand Heal the World.

The English Play Refund was a lesson for the students who blame the school and teachers for their failure in life. Marshal Art of Southern India Kalaripayattu was a presentation to stress upon the need of self-defense in the present scenario. The audience was in awe at the Mime presentation Life of a Soldier that spoke a lot of our protectors in silence.

 The theme anti-terrorism was depicted by the concluding programmeMay Peace Prevail in which the performers, very skillfully depicted the need of peace and end of hatred on this globe.

The stars of Voice of TJIS – SanskritiPurwar, Aditya Gupta and Rishabh Singh entertained the spectators with their melodious songs and won a lot of ovation.

The anchors Uttam SinghChauhan, Yugi Jain, Suma Geddamand Krishna Purwarunder the able guidance and support of Mrs. Rekha Singh held the reins of the entire evening in their hands successfully till the end.

Behind every successful team is a team leader and TJISis blessed to have two distinguished leaders - Little Champs Principal MrsChandrani Banerjee and Senior School Principal Mr M.K. Panda were heartily felicitated by MrsDeepa Singh,the Senior School Co-ordinator, Mrs Indira Singh and MsSujataSainion behalf of all the students and staff members with token of admiration and respect.

The colourful evening, full of fun and frolic came to an end with a vote of thanks by The School Counsel Head Girl SiddhatriAwasthi and Head Boy Dev Raj Yadav. They paid their gratitude to each and every person working in front of and behind the stage for the success of this stupendous function.

The audience departed carrying the memories of this beautiful evening full of dance, drama and musicin their hearts, with a promise to meet next year once again.
