INTER HOUSE HAND BALL COMPETITION

Thursday, 29th September, 2016

Physical exercise is good for mind, body and spirit. Furthermore, team sports are good for learning accountability, dedication, and leadership, among many other traits. Allowing the children to participate in sports is a fantastic way for the youth to explore and develop lifelong skills. Sports not only play an important role in exercise but promote mental and psychological advances as well.

Keeping in view the importance and benefits of sports, we at The Jain International School organise Competitions at regular basis. On Thursday, 29th September Inter House HandballCompetition was held for the Girls.

Hand Ball is a team sport in which two teams of seven players each pass a ball using their hands with the aim of throwing it into the goal of the other team. The Contestants of all the four houses participated with extreme energy to give their best.
